Bio

Hamid is an IT security expert with a passion and talent for aligning security architecture, plans, controls, processes, and policies with security standards and operational objectives. He is a qualified professional with a master’s degree in information assurance from Liberty University in the United States and prestigious professional certifications, such as CISA, CISM, ITIL Expert, Six Sigma, and Prince 2. He is an expert at evading IT security controls and has over 17 years of experience in technology. Over nine years’ experience in IT security, risk, compliance, and auditing; two years’ experience in IT process improvement; and over six years’ experience in IT operations and infrastructure management. He also has hands on experience conducting financial and operational audits. In his current position, he is managing the information security landscape of a public listed logistics company in Qatar.
